East of England funding for export in 2008-09

Food and drink companies in the East of England seeking to grow their international business will benefit from the East of England Development Agency (EEDA) support programme for 2008-09, to be launched at the end of March.East of England companies benefited from a range of support in 2007

The programme, which has already seen 32 food and drink companies from the East of England region receive support, offers up to 50% funding for:

  • Tailor-made market visits
  • Partner searches and introductions
  • Market research
  • Membership of FFB’s Fast Track scheme

The programme for 2008-09 offers up to 50% funding for the following specially selected events and exhibitions:

This international trade project runs until March 2009 and is part of a suite of business support, commissioned by the East of England Development Agency (EEDA), to help food and drink businesses increase productivity by developing overseas markets.
