What will FFB provide?

The FFB team will be dedicated to ensure that you have a smooth, hassle free participation.  Our experienced team will have responsibility for organising the group stand and every aspect of your participation.  This valued service is designed to ensure that you do not need to spend valuable time on the planning process, leaving you free to concentrate on maximising the business potential of your exhibit.

• FFB will be responsible for the negotiation of space for the British group, the provision of an attractive group stand, designed and constructed by our appointed contractor

• Networking event with local trade contacts during the exhibition.

• Opportunity to have one-to-one meetings with retail buyers and distributors.

• Visit to key retail outlets in the Shanghai area to give you an insight into the market.

• Use of bi-lingual interpreters hired by FFB to assist individual exhibitors as required.  This is a shared facility with one exhibitor between every 2 exhibitors.  Personal interpreters can be hired if required.

• Option of visiting Beijing before Shanghai (see page 12 for further details).

• Production of a list of British exhibitors for distribution in advance of the show to key buyers and from the FFB stand on site

• Pre show exhibitors meeting to explain your exhibit in more detail and to enable you to maximise your participation

• All pre-show administration

• Information stand manned by FFB personnel to assist you with your participation and handle trade enquiries on site

• On site support from FFB’s experienced team together with technical back up for the duration of the show.  We aim to ensure that everything is ready for when you arrive!
