A comprehensive market visit programme that will unable you to make the most of your visit to Russia and meet key trade contacts.

Monday 15th September

PM:    Arrival to Moscow
Check in at hotel

6.30pm:   Welcoming drinks and presentation of the programme
7.30pm:   Dinner at hotel

Tuesday 16th September

9am:                              Depart from hotel for store visits
9am-1pm:                    Store visits around Moscow
1.30pm-2.30pm:         Lunch
2.30pm-4pm:              Setting up of the room for the showcase at the embassy*
4pm-6pm:                    Showcase your products to specially invited trade guests
From 6pm onwards:  Networking reception at the Embassy

Wednesday 17th September

9am:                              Depart from hotel to meeting room
9.30am:                        Beginning of market presentations
9.30am- 12.30pm:     Thorough marke briefings
12.30-1.30pm:             Networking lunch
1.30pm-4pm:               Meet the buyers event
4pm:                              End of the Moscow trip and flight back to the UK 
                                       Or depart for Moscow train station
6.30pm:                        Train to St Petersburg. Dinner on the train
11pm:                           Arrival in St Petersburg and hotel check-in

Thursday 18th September

9am-10am:               Presentation on the specifics of trading in St Petersburg
10am-12.30am:       Store visits around St Petersburg
12.30-2pm:               Networking lunch with local managers
2pm-4pm:                 Boat trip on the St Petersburg canal
5pm:                           End of the TDV and flight back to the UK

*all products exported to Russia must be certified. In order to avoid added certification costs and various paperwork to fill in, we advise companies to bring some samples in their hold luggage (just enough to display your range). More details will be given to you once you sign up.
