BioFach, the World Organic Trade Fair, brings together approximately 2,100 exhibitors - two thirds from abroad - and more than 37,000 trade visitors from over 110 countries to Nuremberg every year.

The organic products market of the future is flourishing!   Encouraging growth rates of between 5 and 10% – in many countries much higher – are putting the sector and industry in an optimistic mood.   For 2006 sector experts are forecasting worldwide turnover for organic products well in excess of 30 billion US dollars.

BioFach under the patronage of IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements) applies strict admission criteria to guarantee the constantly high quality of the products on display.

At BioFach 2007 over 2,100 exhibitors from more than 70 countries presented the most comprehensive range of organic food plus the world’s largest organic wine trade fair.
